I know this is a long shot, but does anyone here, by chance, know anything about the possibility of physical teleportation?

Okay, so all I have is a story and that's why i only just recently remembered i knew anything of value about this. How it was done... sadly, i have no clue. So there is a man named Martin Prechtel. Really crazy crazy guy. He teaches a School about taking back the ancient technology and knowledge, and this is his website www.floweringmountain.com . really really wish i could have studied with him for his last class.. Anyways there is a story about him, where when he is going through his Mayan Shaman initiation. He goes into trance then goes walking up to where the old temple was, which had been replaced by a church. just busts in during service walks right up to the front and climbs the ladder to the bell tower. then he is in the middle of the jungle outside of the village where he meets a black jaguar and plucks a whisker from its face which he now carries in a medicine bag around his neck. and that's all i got man. sorry.

Can you explain more about the Mayan Otherworld and how it relates to physical teleportation?

So far, this is what I have. I scrapped the last one for now. But you stand in the left-most one, and the other creates a portal above to engulf you (you'd need to make this sigil on the ceiling and the other on the floor where you stand. You essentially need to make two sets of these. One set at point A, and another at point B. Whether this will work or not, I have no clue yet. But I'm going to give it a shot when I can. I can try setting up one set in one room, and the other in another building/room. The second set may require a sample of blood in the center so that I know where I need to be focused and don't lose myself completely. I've decided to map out a layout of my room and set up a network of sigils on all the walls as well to reinforce it.

Thinking it would loosely be something like this. Though I'd need to find two rooms with identical layouts.

Why would they need to be identical? Your sigils should be identical enough to do it.

Fair enough point. But I guess my mind is just set on the idea that to teleport from one location to another physically, the conditions from one location to another must be identical, at least in terms of senses. Such as the look, feel, etc. From temperature to pressure, to the energy of it, I mean I guess the sigils can each act in tandem to create the illusion of this so its not such a shock to the body and mind to transfer.

I get your point, so why dont you set the sigils up so their energy surrounds you and creates a bubble of sorts for you to transport in?

That was originally the plan and why I decided to make the sigils on each wall, as well as the ceiling and floor. But I got the feeling that if there was any imbalance between one room and another, even if just a small spacial difference, it could potentially rip me apart in transition. So I suppose I just want to be cautious for the first time I attempt this.

It seems that your doing less of a telleport set up and more of making two rooms occupy the same space.

I suppose you're right about that. Though, its the safest method I could come up with that would have as little possibility of destroying my body while I figure out the inner workings of what happens between one point and the other to be able to do it purely off Will.

Well, I think this is a great first step, and still pretty intimidating. Good job making it this far.

Thank you. But intimidating? How so?

Most people, including magic users, believe Will can not directly alter matter. Lets just say your altering a whole lot more then a little room when your doing this.

Its a number of things other than just Will. Mainly the things that make up the mind as a whole that influence the world around. To my understanding, magic is just an indirect way of dealing with and directing the mind to manipulate the outcomes of things. I believe that with enough focus, willpower, patience, practice, and understanding, you can accomplish a lot through direct energy manipulation.
And I understand physical teleportation is altering people's understanding of how reality works, that's why I planned it in rooms away from other people, so their reality does not conflict with mine, I'm not attempting this to show off, just for my own personal interests. This is literally bending the fabric of space and time, at least for an instant.
