So i was working on freight and my boss told me to do the cooler/freezer freight.. I hate extreme colds(did at this time now i dont mind) so i thought why not try and draw in energy from the earth. I went to work after drawing in a very large amount of red and white energy into my body and thought about healing and warmth. That is all i focused on while doing freight. What ended up happening is i felt no pain, felt no cold and had increased strength as long as i kept it up. It made me really tired after i let it go but i the cooler and freezer where twenty degrees to hot after i did it and i was fast plus kept the doors shut as often as i could. It felt like my hands could melt ice on touch. Sad part is i havent been able to recreate this effect more then twice. Does anyone have an idea what it was?

I've done something like this before, I've never had to draw in the energy from the earth though. Don't know what it is either but I tend to look at it as something kinda like what Matt wrote on pyrokinesis. With me, I imagine seeing the energy aleady in me, slowly changing from its blue, or sometimes silver, to a red energy; and visualize it spreading throughout my body. For some reason whenever I explain how to do this to someone else though, I always end up telling them to take draw in the energy from the earth as you did. I want to know what this is as much as you do haha.

Also i recently had energy circulating around my third eye and head while focusing on being more beautiful. I felt rings of energy flow from it down my neck into my core then break apart and disperse to different parts of my body. Anyone felt something like this?

So when i grab an object i can have my energy circulate around it and engulf it. By doing this i feel it like a part of me and it feels warm. It happens naterally with swords so far. I would love to hear what u think it can do or what it is. Tyvm for your time.

This should always happen with things like swords and wands, otherwise things have a tendency to backfire.

I've experienced something similar to your meditation. It was eastern. I'd call it like energy ball chakra meditation. Where they enter through the crown and disperse at the chakra point.
