Draconic Elements

Now, because this is a wiccan path, if you follow a wiccan path you will probably recognize much of this. Otherwise, I hope you all have learning caps on ^.^ Those of you who know all this already, koodos to you! However, as a rule of thumb, everything I write is as if no one knows anything about the topic at hand ^.^

The Pentacle/Pentagram - The Pentacle/Pentagram is the symbol most widely used by the Wiccan community, and thus it is rightfully placed as the symbol in the Draconic Path. It represents the 6 elements of the Draconic Path, Air, Fire, Earth, Water, Spirit, and Chaos. The Pentagram, is a Pentacle with a Circle around it, and this circle represents the world, or the earth. The Pentacle is actually a symbol of earth when used in rituals.

It is a five pointed star, with all sides even. All five points, plus the center mean a different thing. The six elements of the world that you may call upon when working your own magics.

Air, Top Right - Air Governs the Eastern Quarter of the Circle and the Universe. It's Dragon Ruler is Sairys. It's color is pure Yellow, and is thought to be Warm and Moist. Positive Aspects ~ Sunrise, Spring, Incense, Wand, Bell, Clouds, Breezes, Breath, Optimism, Joy, Intelligence, Mental Quickness, and Renewal. Negative Aspects ~ Frivolity, Gossip, Fickleness, inattention, bragging, forgetfulness, Windstorms, Tornadoes, Hurricanes, and Similar Storms.

Fire, Bottom Right - Fire rules the Southern Quarter of the Circle and the Universe. It's Dragon Ruler is Fafnir. It's color is pure Red and is thought to be warm and dry. Positive Aspects ~ Noon, Summer, the Dagger and Sword, Candles, Incense Burner, the Sun, Blood, Enthusiasm, Activity, Change, Passion, Courage, Daring, Willpower, and Leadership. Negative Aspects ~ Hate, Jealousy, Fear, Anger, War, Ego, Conflict, Lightning, Volcanos

Earth, Bottom Left - Earth Rules the Northern Quarter of the Circle and Universe. It's Dragon Ruler is Grael. It's colors are Clear and Dark Green, and is Cool and Dry. Positive Aspects ~ Midnight, Winter, the Wine Chalice, Ritual Salt, Dragon Bowl, Gem Bowl, Dragon Mirror,Gemstones, Mountains, Caves, Soil, respect, Endurance, Responcibility, Stability, Prosperity, Thoroughness, Purpose in Life. Negative Aspects ~ Rigidity, Stubbornness, Lack of Conscience, Vacillitation, Earthquakes and Slides.

Water, Top Left - Water Governs the Western Quarter of the Circle and the Universe. It's Dragon ruler is Naelyan. It's color is pure Blue, and is Cool and Moist. Positive Aspects ` Sunset, Autemn, the Water Chalice, Compassion, Peacefulness, Forgiveness, Love, Intuition, Calmness, and Peace of Mind. Negative Aspects ~ Floods, Rainstorms, Whirlpools, Laziness, Indifference, Instability, Lack of Emotional Control, and Insecurity

Spirit and Chaos, Top and Center - Chaos and Spirit have there own section, as they share the same part of the Quarter Circle. This part is known as Akasha, and it Rules the Center of the Circle and Universe. It has no defined Ruler and is the embodiment of light, dark, and every shade in between. Magic users can envoke these elements individually, or together for the D4esired Results. In my time studying, those who would scoff at the idea of Dark and Light working together are more often than not gamers, or roleplayers whom have a very ridged concept of "Dark is bad and Light is good!", which is simply not the case. 

So, that is my little section on the Elements of the Pentagram, and it's meaning is the Draconic Wicca.
